  • How do I book?
    You can check availability and book directly through our website. Just head to the booking page and choose your preferred dates. If you have any questions beforehand, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
  • What’s included in my stay?

  • Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
    When you book directly with us, we’ll do our best to offer early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. Let us know what you need and we’ll always try to accommodate.
  • Is the property dog-friendly?
    The Cherry Tree Holiday Cottage & The Wild Cherry Hideaway are pet-free to maintain the peaceful, retreat-like space.
  • Can I arrange extras like afternoon tea or spa treatments?
    Absolutely. We work with brilliant local businesses to offer everything from grazing boards and celebration cakes to spa packages and private dining. Head to The Experience page to see what’s available — or drop us a note if you’re planning something special.
  • Is The Wild Cherry Hideaway completely off-grid?
    It’s off-grid in feeling, but with modern comforts built in. The hut uses solar hybrid energy, a Cinderella incinerator toilet, and sustainable systems throughout. You’ll have everything you need, including the choice to switch off Wi-Fi for a full digital detox.
  • Do you allow children?
    The Cherry Tree is perfect for families — we provide highchairs and travel cots on request. The Wild Cherry Hideaway is designed for solo stays or couples, so it’s not suitable for children.
  • Do I need a car to get around?
    Both properties are in quiet village locations with parking on site. While you can walk to a local pub and enjoy countryside trails nearby, we recommend a car if you'd like to explore the wider area or visit Doddington Hall, local farm shops and cafes.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation terms are available when you book, and will also be sent via email. If you have a change of plans, just let us know as early as possible, we’ll always try to be fair and flexible where we can.
  • Can I speak to someone before booking?
    Of course. Whether you have a quick question or just want to check if the space is right for you, send us a message or email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We’re real people, and we love helping guests get the most from their stay.
